Preferred Lenders

Having a full pre-approval from a local trusted lender is the first step in the home buying process. Looking for an awesome lender? Reach out. I have a pocket full of fantastic, knowledgeable,  local lenders that are ready to make your home dreams a reality. I only refer lenders and brokers that I have worked with personally and professionally that offer a top-notch experience. Lender recommendations please!

Be prepared to supply your lender with the following when applying for a full pre-approval (items needed for all parties applying for the loan):

  • The past 2 years of tax returns (especially if self employed) or the past two years of W2s

  • Your two most recent pay stubs

  • Bank statements from the past 60 days

  • Two months of retirement and brokerage statements

  • Debt information, divorce decrees, bankruptcy or foreclosure info, downpayment gift letters

  • Real estate income/debt information

  • Credit check

A pre-qualification is not the same as a pre-approval. Make sure you are working with a local lender that will provide a full pre-approval. A pre-approval shows that you are ready and able to purchase a home. It shows sellers that you are a serious buyer. A pre-approval letter or proof of funds should accompany an offer to assure the seller that you are financially able to purchase the home.
