The path home.

Buying Method.

  • Dream it.

The path to homeownership is different for everyone. Whether you are a first-time home buyer, second- or third-time home buyer, investor, or down-sizer… your home should be what you have dreamt about. We will take all the must-haves and no-thank-you’s and compile them into a detailed search so that you can see what is actually available and in your budget. We will tour homes virtually or in-person to find the perfect home that checks all of your boxes.

  • Build it.

Building a home is a dream for many home buyers and I love working with builders and new construction consultants to help make your dream home a reality. New construction is an entirely different form of home buying than that of pre-existing homes. Not all home builders are created equal and not all home-building processes are the same. I will educate you on the different options as well as help you weigh the pros and cons of all building scenarios.

  • Buy it.

Whether you are ready to offer on a preexisting single-family home, new construction, condo, or townhome there can be a lot to navigate. I will guide you through the offer process so that you can make the best decisions for you and put forth a well-educated offer. It is not as simple as completing some contracts and crossing your fingers. Every offer needs to be carefully reviewed and each home you offer on should have a market analysis completed. Offers should always be set up for success! Many things must be considered when purchasing a home, it’s not just about price. Sometimes you have to get creative. Inspections, HOA dues, association rules and covenants, taxes, schools, location, financing terms, etc. are all a part of the home-buying process.

  • Education.

My #1 goal with all my home buyers is to ensure they are fully educated on the process of buying a home. Even if you have purchased a home before, many factors can affect the process, including but not limited to: the current market, new laws, changes to contracts, finance offerings, contingencies, market trends and expectations, stereotypes, etc. Although I cannot give any legal advice, I will do all I can to insure you feel confident in your home-buying decisions.
